Active Agency, Inc. Realty was started in the early 1970s and was purchased by Jeffrey Peters in the late '80s. They currently have a staff of eight agents all ready to help their customers find their dream home. They specialize in bringing willing buyers and willing sellers together.

Each realtor participates in Continuing Education courses to further their knowledge and ability to serve the public. They work hard to provide the public with information, on such issues as the Star Program and the hazards of lead based paint, to help make the public aware of the benefits, advantages, and disadvantages available. I have been in the business for 35 years. I was a senior housing inspector for Erie County, then I was appointed to the Assessors job for the Town of Newstead in 1989 and was there until I retired in 2004.
